Sometimes we might come across something online that makes us feel uncomfortable, confused, or scared.
This could be a strange message from someone we don’t know, or a website that has pictures or words that make us feel uncomfortable.
In these situations, it’s very important to talk to a trusted adult. This could be a parent, a guardian, a teacher, or another adult who takes care of us or who we feel comfortable talking to.
We should always let them know what happened so they can help us.
Remember: It’s not our fault if we see something online that makes us feel uncomfortable, and it’s okay to ask for help. Just like in real life, there are people who are there to protect and help us on the internet, too.
