Our Internet Rules
Ask First:
Always ask your parents or a trusted adult before you go on the internet.
They can help you find the best and safest places to visit.
Strangers:
If someone you don’t know tries to talk to you online, do not answer them.
Tell a trusted adult right away.
Personal Information is Private:
Don’t share your name, address, school, phone number, or pictures with anyone online.
Remember, the internet is a big place and we want to keep our information safe.
Passwords are Secret:
Just like a secret code, your password should be kept secret.
Don’t share it with anyone, except your parents or trusted adults.
Bullying is a No-No:
If someone says something mean or makes you feel uncomfortable online, tell a trusted adult immediately. You should also not say hurtful things to others.
Treat people online the same way you’d want to be treated.
Not Everything is True:
Just because something is on the internet doesn’t mean it’s true.
Always check information with a trusted adult.
