Our course features 6 key songs, each with specific objectives. These are designed to empower children to understand and respect their own bodies, recognise uncomfortable situations, and confidently say NO when necessary. Here’s a brief overview of our 6 songs and objectives.
- My Body is My Body: Song 1
Teaching children that their body belongs to them, emphasising the importance of body empowerment. - If It Don’t Feel Right: Song 2
Encouraging children to trust their feelings and assert their right to refuse in uncomfortable situations. Whether it involves peer pressure, strangers, or any scenario that does not feel right or feels uncomfortable to them. - The ‘What If’ Game: Song 3
Empowering children to say NO with authority through shared scenarios, preparing them for real-life situations where they need to make safe choices. - If You’ve Got A Problem: Song 4
Reinforcing the importance of speaking up about problems and persistently seeking a listening ear until they are heard. - Love Is Gentle: Song 5
