My Body Is My Body Children's Workbook

📘 The MBIMB Interactive Resource Booklet – Children’s Workbook is a fun, empowering, and interactive tool designed for children aged 4–10. It teaches essential body safety skills in a safe, age-appropriate, and engaging way.

With colourful illustrations, creative activities, and memorable lessons, this workbook reinforces the key messages from the My Body Is My Body (MBIMB) programme. Children will learn to understand body boundaries, recognise unsafe situations, and know how to speak up and ask for help.

🎶 What Songs Are Included?

Each song in the MBIMB programme introduces an important body safety concept. Together, they form a powerful learning journey for children, caregivers, and educators.

🎵 My Body is My Body

First and foremost, this song teaches children that their body belongs to them. Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected.

🎵 If It Don’t Feel Right – Don’t Do It

Next, children learn to trust their feelings. If something feels wrong, it probably is — and it’s okay to say no.

🎵 The “What If” Game

This song encourages children to think ahead. It helps them practise safe decision-making in different situations.

🎵 If You’ve Got a Problem

Furthermore, children are reminded that it’s okay to talk about their worries. The song highlights who the safe adults are in their lives.

🎵 Love is Gentle

In addition, this gentle song teaches that real love never hurts. It’s about kindness, respect, and positive relationships.

🎵 Say “NO” To Secrets

Finally, this song helps children understand the danger of keeping unsafe secrets. They learn to speak up if something makes them feel uncomfortable, sad, or scared.

💡 Why Use This Workbook?

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or community worker, this workbook provides a positive and proactive way to talk to children about staying safe.

  • At home, it opens the door to vital conversations with your child.

  • In schools, it supports safeguarding education in a fun and accessible way.

  • Within community settings, it creates safe spaces for learning and discussion.

Above all, the MBIMB workbook helps children build confidence, resilience, and safety awareness — all while having fun.

💛 Because Every Child Matters

Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and protected. The MBIMB Children’s Workbook is more than a teaching tool — it’s a step toward creating a world where children know their rights and feel empowered to use them.
