What Is Cyberbullying?

Cyberbullying is when someone uses technology, like computers, smartphones, or tablets, to be mean, hurtful, or unkind to others. It can happen online through things like mean messages, spreading rumours, or sharing embarrassing pictures. Cyberbullying is like regular bullying, but it happens on the internet.

It’s important to remember that no one deserves to be treated badly, and if you or someone you know is being cyber bullied, it’s important to tell a trusted adult, like a parent or teacher, so they can help.
